Sigma and Bar-S – A Merger of Leaders
Sigma Alimentos, a subsidiary of ALFA, one of Mexico’s leading industrial companies acquired Bar-S Foods Co. in September 2010.

Our Facilities
Bar-S currently operates three production plants and a central distribution and service center. All facilities are located in Oklahoma and are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. They rank among the cleanest, most modern and efficient operations in the industry.
