  • 1 pkg crescent rolls
  • 12 oz Bar-S Naturally Hardwood Smoked Bacon
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a muffin pan.
  2. Unroll the crescent rolls in one large piece. Use a drinking glass or biscuit cutter to cut 12 circles out of the dough.
  3. In each muffin cup, place one dough circle, and press up the edges.
  4. Let the cream cheese come to room temperature for easier mixing. Coarsely chop the spinach. Remove the seeds of the tomatoes and dice them.
  5. Cook the bacon and chop or crumble it, removing excess grease with paper towels.
  6. Combine mayonnaise, spinach, tomatoes, cream cheese, and bacon thoroughly. Fill each muffin cup evenly with this mixture.
  7. Cook for 11-13 minutes. Serve warm.
