Classic Chopped Ham

  • 8 Eggs
  • 1/2 lb. Bar-S Deli Ham, chopped
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 6 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat Oven to 450 F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Separate egg yolks and whites into 2 separate bowls.
  3. Season egg whites with salt and pepper and use an electric hand mixer to beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold in Parmesan cheese, chopped Deli Ham, and chopped green onions.
  5. Spoon 8 separate mounds of egg whites on parchment paper. Use a spoon to indent each center to make them look like nests.
  6. Bake until slightly golden, 3-5 minutes.
  7. Carefully add egg yolk to center of each egg white cloud. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Cook each egg an additional 3 minutes until egg yolks are set.
  9. Serve.
