Ingredients:
- 2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1/4 cup white onion, diced
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package Bar-S Jumbo Franks, diced
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Spray a 9×9 casserole pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together the corn muffin mix and milk.
- Add the eggs and mix well.
- Add the corn, onion, cheese and diced Franks.
- Pour into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
