  • 1 package flour tortillas (16 count)
  • 2 packages of Bar-S Classic Franks
  • Shredded medium cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 red onion, diced

  1. Take a flour tortilla and sprinkle with 1/4 cup shredded cheese.
  2. Add some diced red onion.
  3. Lay one Classic Frank on top and roll tightly.
  4. In a skillet, heat about 2 tablespoons of oil on medium heat.
  5. Fry the tortilla dog approximately 1-2 minutes in the pan until golden brown.
  6. Watch carefully and make sure to turn often so the sides are evenly browned.
  7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
