  • 1 8-ounce box macaroni and cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 French bread rolls
  • 1 package Bar-S Bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided in 4)

  1. Cook macaroni and cheese as directed on box.
  2. Remove from heat and fold in cooked bacon pieces.
  3. Butter the top and bottom of each French bread roll.
  4. Place Bottom of roll on panini or sandwich maker. Cover bread with cheddar cheese, and then spoon macaroni on top.
  5. Sprinkle with more cheddar and cover with the top of the French bread roll.
  6. Repeat with the other rolls.
  7. Turn heat on stovetop and when heated press down the top with a spatula and cook for 3-5 minutes until lightly browned on both sides.
