Chopped or Smoked or Honey or Black Forest or Turkey

Find It

  1. Cut each pickle in half length wise and then hollow out the soft part with the seeds using a spoon.
  2. Lightly spread mayonnaise and mustard if desired on the inside of each pickle half.
  3. Cut each slice of ham, turkey and provolone cheese in half.
  4. Layer one side of each pickle with 1/2 slice of ham folded, and ½ slice of turkey folded in half and then 1/2 slice provolone cheese.
  5. On the top side of the pickle, layer first with 1/2 slice of provolone cheese and then 1/2 slice ham and 1/2 slice turkey (folded).
  6. Put the 2 halves together to form a sandwich and serve.
  7. If desired you could add thin tomato slices, or lettuce in between the 2 pickle halves.
