  • 1 package (16 oz.) Bar-S Bun Length Polish Sausage Links
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 package (14 oz.) frozen three-pepper mix (or 3 bell peppers in different colors)
  • 1 small onion, cut in thin wedges
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 pretzel or wheat hot dog buns

1. Grill sausages according to package directions; keep warm.

2. Meanwhile, in a 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook and stir pepper mix and onion 5–7 minutes or until slightly brown. Stir in sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper.

3. Place sausages in buns; divide pepper mixture evenly among buns.
