Ingredients:
- 2 cans crescent roll dough
- 8 Bar-S Smoked Sausages
- 8 eggs fried
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Fry eggs in a frying pan (salt and pepper to taste).
- Cut each smoked sausage and each fried egg in half.
- Open each crescent roll can and roll out dough into 2 large rectangles.
- Separate into triangles along serrated lines.
- At the wide end of each triangle place 1/2 fried egg, sprinkle 1 tablespoon shredded cheddar cheese over the egg, and place 1/2 smoked sausage.
- Roll each crescent roll with ingredients inside all the way to the small end of the triangle.
- After you’ve rolled them all up place them on a baking sheet and cook for about 15 minutes or until crescent rolls are a golden color on top.
