Ingredients:

  • 2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1/4 cup white onion, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package Bar-S Jumbo Franks, diced

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Spray a 9×9 casserole pan with cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the corn muffin mix and milk.
  4. Add the eggs and mix well.
  5. Add the corn, onion, cheese and diced Franks.
  6. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
