Naturally Hardwood Smoked or Thick-Cut Naturally Hardwood Smoked or Lower Sodium Bacon or Chopped or Smoked or Black Forest

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 slices of Bar-S Bacon (pre-cooked)
  • 1 slice Bar-S Ham (diced)
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon diced green peppers (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon diced tomato (optional)

  1. Whip eggs and parmesan cheese together in a bowl.
  2. Grease a small frying pan with butter or cooking spray, then add egg mixture.
  3. Cook over medium heat Just long enough that the egg starts to set, then add the diced ham, bacon crumbles, and diced veggies (can substitute with scallions or other veggie of choice) into the center of the egg wrap.
  4. Layer with cheddar cheese, then cover with a lid and allow to cook another 3 minutes, or until the egg is fully cooked and the cheese is melted through.
  5. Remove from the pan and then fold in the sides to form a burrito.
