Ingredients:
- 1 package (16 oz.) Bar-S Bun Length Polish Sausage Links
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 package (14 oz.) frozen three-pepper mix (or 3 bell peppers in different colors)
- 1 small onion, cut in thin wedges
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 8 pretzel or wheat hot dog buns

- Grill sausages according to package directions; keep warm.

- Place sausages in buns; divide pepper mixture evenly among buns.
