  • 1 lb rotini pasta
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1.5 cups creamy salad dressing
  • 1.5 cups Italian salad dressing
  • 1.5 cups grated or shredded parmesan cheese

  1. Cook pasta by itself in a large pot. Rinse with cold water and drain.
  2. Cube salami, being sure to remove outer coating.
  3. Julienne red onion, making long, thin slices. Dice bell pepper.
  4. Mix both salad dressings and parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
  5. Add pasta and vegetables to the dressing and mix until everything is evenly coated.
  6. Chill the pasta salad for 15 minutes before serving.
