Ingredients:
- 1 pkg Bar-S Cotto Salami
- 1 lb rotini pasta
- 1 red onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1.5 cups creamy salad dressing
- 1.5 cups Italian salad dressing
- 1.5 cups grated or shredded parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Cook pasta by itself in a large pot. Rinse with cold water and drain.
- Cube salami, being sure to remove outer coating.
- Julienne red onion, making long, thin slices. Dice bell pepper.
- Mix both salad dressings and parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
- Add pasta and vegetables to the dressing and mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Chill the pasta salad for 15 minutes before serving.
