Ingredients:
- 4 large soft 12” tortillas
- 1 large sweet bell pepper, diced
- 1 pkg Bar-S Deli style oven roasted turkey breast
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1-2 tbsp Ranch powder mix
- 1/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
Loading...Directions:
- Dice red onion and bell pepper. Place together in bowl and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine sharp cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese and ranch powder. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Gently stir in bell pepper and onion until incorporated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay tortilla on a flat surface and spread cheese mixture across the entire surface.
- Evenly layer sliced deli turkey on top of each tortilla.
- Roll tortilla tightly until secure. Cut tortilla into bite-size portions and serve immediately.
